Our Mission

Starfish Ministries Unlimited (SMU) is established for reaching the Philippine people in their own cultural setting, teaching them of God's love, plan of salvation and developing programs and facilities to help support the spiritual and physical needs of the less fortunate.

In the Field

We will gladly serve and bring the Good News to the Philippines. Our missions include bringing medical clinics and supplies, feeding children, livelihood projects, training for nationals and most importantly the Word of God to isolated communities of the Philippines.

Mission Philosophy

SMU is establishing mission projects that will be self-supporting, self-governing and self-propagating. Our goal is that the Philippine nationals will be independent of foreign aid to run these ministries.

In the Heart 

Our mission begins and develops as those we reach accept the Good News. Our goal is to make a difference in the Philippines, one person at a time, one heart at a time, one life at a time.

Why the Philippines?
The Philippines is the fastest growing country in Asia and our primary target, the islands of Leyte & Samar are two of the least evangelized areas of the Philippines.

How can you help?
We need volunteers to assist with medical clinics. Medical professionals (MD's, DO's, NP's, RN's, RPH's, LPN's, CNA's) and non-medical staff are needed to perform administrative tasks and essential errands.

We need construction workers to help complete a medical clinic and construct facilities for training Christian leaders to plant Churches in their native culture along with supporting team members.
